Sony has revealed its next State of Play presentation, and it's coming sooner than anticipated - with the stream taking place on Thursday, February 2023.

Sony's State of Play for February 2023 follows Microsoft's January Developer_Direct for Xbox, and Nintendo's recent Nintendo Direct. Both of those presentations shadow-dropped huge games between Hi-Fi Rush and Metroid Prime Remastered respectively, but could Sony do something just as special?

Here's everything we know about the PlayStation State of Play for February 2023, as per Sony's latest blog post.

PlayStation State of Play for February 2023: What To Expect

PlayStation's blog says "Get ready for new looks at some anticipated games from our third-party partners, as well as a first glimpse at five PlayStation VR2 games set to arrive later this year".

While many are disappointed that there's no mention of Marvel's Spider-Man 2 (which is expected to arrive in 2023), we are getting some superheroes (or should that be supervillains?) with fifteen minutes of Suicide Squad: Kill The Justice League - Arkham Asylum developer Rocksteady Studios' first title since 2015's Arkham Knight.

The State of Play for February 2023 will also include Bungie, with the developer showing off the launch trailer for Destiny 2: Lightfall which arrives on February 2023.

Bungie is now a Sony first-party studio, but the expansion will still launch on PC and Xbox. For more on Lightfall, be sure to check out our preview.
