The Pokemon GO Global Challenges and Ultra Unlocks are fast approaching this year. As part of Pokemon GO Fest 2022, Niantic has revealed that there will be some Global Challenges to work on. However, this time around, it won't just be one challenge, but a whole series of them, leading to Ultra Unlock bonuses during future events. Unfortunately, we don't know all the info yet, as Niantic has been somewhat vague.

Pokemon GO trainers around the world will be able to contribute to the Ultra Unlock challenge requirements, and they'll take place on the dates of the global GO Fest and the local in-person events in Germany, Japan, and the USA.

Here are all of the Pokemon GO Ultra Unlock challenges coming as part of GO Fest 2022.

Pokemon GO Global Challenges: GO Fest 2022

During the two-day GO Fest event on June 4 and June 5, there will be hourly Global Challenges.

If 20 of these are completed, Trainers will activate an Ultra Unlock bonus during Adventure Week.

Adventure Week runs June 7 to June 12.

Pokemon GO Global Challenges: In-Person

More Global Challenges will take place during the in-person GO Fest events. Even though they're on the dates of in-person events, anyone worldwide can contribute to the challenge requirements.

Unlike the main GO Fest event, these in-person events will only have one Global Challenge for Trainers to complete.

July 1 to July 3 — Berlin: Global Challenge completion will lead to an Ultra Unlock bonus during the Pokemon GO anniversary event (likely to be in the first bit of July).

July 22 to July 24 — Seattle: Global Challenge completion will lead to an Ultra Unlock bonus in an event that has not yet been revealed.

August 5 to August 7 — Sapporo: Global Challenge completion will lead to an Ultra Unlock bonus in an event that has not yet been revealed.
