Pokemon GO Spotlight Hour February 2023: What's Next?
A weekly event on Tuesday from 6PM to 7PM local time, the Pokemon GO Spotlight Hour allows you the opportunity to catch more of a featured Pokemon. That's along with more of a reward like Catching Candies, XP, or Stardust. But which Pokemon will be next? Let's get into this Pokemon GO Spotlight Hour February 2023 guide.
Pokemon GO Spotlight Hour February 2023: What's Next?
After previous Tuesdays featuring Pidgey, Woobat, and Jigglypuff, the next Pokemon GO Spotlight Hour February 2023 featured Pocket Monster is Slakoth. From 6 pm to 7 pm local time on Tuesday, 28 February, you will be able to encounter more of the Slacker Pokemon - along with 2 x Catch Candy with every successful catch.
Can You Catch Shiny Slakoth In Pokemon GO?
Yes, you can catch Shiny Slakoth in Pokemon GO. Whilst the Spotlight Hour does not increase the odds of encountering a Shiny version of its featured Pokemon, you'll have an increased opportunity to get that 1-in-500 chance of finding a Shiny through the many extra Slakoth encounters available.
It will take a lot of luck, even when having a whole hour to find a Shiny version. Nevertheless, getting a Shiny Slakoth is all the more possible in the next Pokemon GO Spotlight Hour for 2023.
