Grannies Cookbook Recipes In The Sims 4
The Sims 4 Grannies Cookbook mod by Littlbowbub introduces more baking and cooking recipes to the game. In The Sims 4, recipes are unlocked as you progress the cooking and baking skills, or by trying new recipes at festivals in The Sims 4: City Living. Grannies Cookbook is a mod that implements an interactive cookbook (available in 20 swatches) which introduces creative comfort meals resembling things your grandmother may make for you. The mod has recently been updated to accommodate for The Sims 4: Cottage Living gameplay. This means that ingredient requirements can be implemented in the recipes.
To download the mod, you can access Littlbowbub's Patreon page here, where she offers new updates of the mod for free, along with other mods per community support. The newest update is called 10.07 and is linked at the bottom of the description on her page.
As with any mod, copy them from your downloads (extract if needed) and paste them into your mod folder through Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 > Mods.
This link for the mod comes with the base cookbook, the recipes will need to be downloaded individually through Littlbowbub's blog page. This means you can pick and choose which recipes appeal to you and download them accordingly.
Take care when downloading mods that are not supported by Maxis.

Grannies Cookbook can be found in the build and buy catalogue under the same name for 45 simoleons. Once bought the book acts like a journal and can be named and placed in a sim's inventory.
If you have downloaded the additional recipes, you can then place the book on a counter and click on it to navigate to the recipes menu. (Similar to clicking on a fridge or oven). The recipes will unlock as you master the cooking skill.
