Nadeshot Teases 100 Thieves Halo Infinite Team
The multiplayer beta launch of Halo Infinite has seen a wealth of organisations eat from the palm of 343 Industries, with the title being praised as being one of the most "esports ready" games of its generation.
After already attracting the likes of G2 Esports, Cloud9, and other esports titans, Halo Infinite's Championship Series is set to be littered with the most exciting organisations in the world, with the beta showcasing a clear pathway to the competitive scene with a ready-made ranked playlist.
Often compared to the annual releases of the Call of Duty franchise, Halo Infinite has been praised for its competitive preparation, and it appears that another colossal org is looking to get a slice of the pie.
100 Thieves Entering Halo Infinite?
100 Thieves co-founder and pioneering face, Matthew "Nadeshot" Haag has teased an entrance into Halo Infinite esports, taking to Twitter to whet the appetite of their fan base.
The former CoD esports player released an image of a 100 Thieves Halo in-game bundle concept, including an on-brand exo-suit skin, a 100 Thieves charm, and a signature red and black camouflage weapon skin.
The post was also backed by co-owner Jack "CouRage" Dunlop, who also expressed his desire for a Halo Infinite team after also revealing the title has him wanting to revisit his roots as a caster.
Who Could Join The 100 Thieves Halo Team?
Unfortunately for Nadeshot, he's failed to identify a roster that would warrant acquiring, according to the man himself. Appearing on stream, Nadeshot admitted that "I don't think there's many people available anymore."
The ex-pro turned content creator has also challenged his chat to help him build a roster, which could spark some life into the organisation. "If you guys can build me a compelling Halo roster, maybe I will get us a team," he added.
Nadeshot also admitted that 100 Thieves' were hesitant to join Halo, confessing that the franchise had "a hard time finding their way and getting people to watch," despite being approached to be one of the founding HCS partners.
Whether we could see 100 Thieves enter Halo is yet to be seen, although with a wealth of players filtering over from a dwindling Call of Duty scene could be their ticket in...
