OpTic Chicago's Stage 5 run has had the Green Wall walking on cloud nine this week, securing a first-place seed for the Major for the first time this season.

The OpTic boys have had their fair share of ups and downs in the CDL this year, but with a 4-1 record in league play, including handing  Atlanta FaZe just their eighth loss of the entire year, the Green Wall seem to be heating up at the right time.

Now, the secret to their success has come to light, as it appears Seth "Scump" Abner has traded cloud nine to walk on foam during their games.

The Call of Duty veteran is now swearing by the Yeezy Foam Runners, as his official matchday footwear, after he snatched a pair from Hitch "Hitchariide" Davis for their victory over bogey-team FaZe.

Unfortunately for OpTic, they let their foam runners off the gas during their final group stage game versus LA Thieves. However, the top seed for the Major had already been secured, and OpTic is now eyeing the Yeezy's for the Major, to bring them luck against their rivals FaZe.

Following the success against FaZe - OpTic's first win over their rivals this season - OpTic Chicago CEO Hector "H3CZ" Rodriguez is set to buy the entire roster a customised pair of Yeezy Foam Runners, worth a whopping $7,000.

The man at the heart of OpTic has vouched that the team will all receive the trainers to represent at either the Stage 5 Major or the following CDL 2021 World Championships.

With a few weeks to spare before the Championships kick-off, H3CZ has plenty of time to work his magic to have the OpTic lads sporting some fresh kicks in their upper bracket walk out.
