Modern Warfare 2 Promises More Maps In Season 2
Following vocal outrage from the multiplayer side of the Call of Duty community, Infinity Ward has decided to act upon your grievances and bring forward one of the multiplayer map designs which was previously planned for a later release.
The map pool in Modern Warfare 2 has been widely criticised, given that the only additions we've seen since the game launch were three remastered designs from CoDs gone by and a re-release of a map that was held back from the game due to copyright infringements.
With a calling for more original maps to be added, Infinity Ward has listened to the community backlash.
