The good news is that MultiVersus features crossplay and cross-progression features, which is available for all platforms. The game is currently in an open beta period, and players on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC can all compete against each other. With your WarnerBros. Games account, you can also keep your progress across all of these platforms. 

Both the crossplay and cross-progression features are enabled by default, so you won't need to mess with any settings beforehand. Players on different platforms will also have the logo of their respective platforms on their playercard, so you will always know when you're going up against a player on a different platform.
