There are two Muspelheim Seed Half in God of War Ragnarok, and you will find both in the Islands of Bay of Bounty in the Svartalheim. The first Muspelheim Seed Half is located in the Modvitnir's Rig, in a chest you can reach using the giant crane.

Here is a map screenshot that shares the exact location of the first Muspelheim Seed Half. You can go to the area right when you access the Bay of Bounty region. The Modvitnir's Rig is one of the three locations you will eventually have to visit for the quest In Service of Asgard that you get from the Dwarf named Raeb.

That being said, once you obtain the first Muspelheim Seed Half, you will trigger The Crucible Favor, which will ask you to collect the second Muspelheim Seed Half to unlock access to the Muspelheim realm and the Crucible in God of War Ragnarok

To find the second Muspelheim Seed Half, you must progress the game till you obtain the Draupnir Spear. Now, when you get the Spear, another NPC will give you a quest called Spirit of Rebellion that will lead you to the Dragon's Beach in the Bay of Bounty, where you will find the second Muspelheim Seed Half. But the quest is optional as you can reach and explore the area without it.

Dragon's Beach is located southeast of The Watchtower and below the Radsvinn's Rig. You will spot the Island while boating in the nearby area, as it has a giant Dwarf Statue visible from afar.

Once you reach the Dragon's Statue, make your way to the left side of the Island, climb the wooden platform, and from a wooden pillar, you will find a gust of air coming out.

Throw the Draupnir Spear on it, and climb above the platform. Make your way through, defeat the enemies, and then use the Fire Bomb to destroy the Debris covering the chest with the second Muspelheim Seed Half.

That concludes our guide on how to get Muspelheim Seed Half in God of War Ragnarok.
