You might want to know all the Dying Light 2 Inhibitor locations, as they are essential to levelling up your health and stamina. Dying Light 2 introduces collectables called Inhibitors, and after acquiring three of them you can improve your health or stamina by twenty points. There are a tonne across the environments of Villedor though, and while some are marked on the map, others are directly on the path of story missions. So, for a breakdown of all the Dying Light 2 Inhibitor locations, we've got you covered.

In short, Dying Light 2 Inhibitors let you upgrade your health and stamina, which also increases your overall immunity. This means you last longer in the dark before needing to bask in a UV lamp, and obviously you become tougher and more durable as you increase your health and stamina.

You will need these boosts for later in the game, as enemies get stronger and the climbs get longer. It's worth noting that when you are near an Inhibitor, an icon will display in the bottom left of the screen and show you how far away you are from it.

Inhibitor 1

This Inhibitor can be found in the north of the Trinity region, situated near a Nightrunners' Hideout and a Dark Hollow, in a building you can enter from the top window. Make your way inside, down the stairs, and follow the vents into the contaminated room. Once there, jump up, and you can find one Inhibitor.

This is found in GRE Anomaly C-A-05 which is one of the first you will likely do in the game, and once the boss is defeated, you can collect the two Inhibitors from the military shed.

The Inhibitor is on the bottom floor of a Dark Hollow, which you can be directed to for the quest All in the Family.

Drop down to the roof to the west of Larch Windmill, and then drop down again next to a chimney and pile of bricks. Turn around and in the building behind you there will be two Inhibitors in a crate at the top of some stairs.

During the Into The Dark quest, if you get captured by Barney and wake up in a building with some of his men, you can find three Inhibitors. Fight them, and once it is over, the crate will be in the same room against the wall.

Halfway up the Horseshoe Water Tower you can find a crate of three Inhibitors. It's in the same room as the third C4 charge during the Water Tower main quest.

The THV Genomics Center can be scoured for some Inhibitors. All of these quarantined buildings hold four Inhibitors, spread across several floors inside.

Inside the Tango Motel to the very east of Horseshoe, near the broken highway, you can find a crate of three Inhibitors. It's located inside Barney's room on the top floor, and can be accessed during a couple of main quests which will direct you there.

During a quest called The Only Way Out, you will be directed to the home of a girl called Maya. Enter the building, and move toward the back where you can find the room in the above picture. Climb up and two Inhibitors will be in a crate in front of you.

Two can be found at the GRE Anomaly C-A-01, which is south of the Main Terminal Station. Defeat the boss and collect them by going through the roof of the military shed.

At the top of the main road that signals the border between Quarry End and Houndfield, are two metro stops you can descend into. The crate can be found at the bottom of the southernmost staircase into the metro, against the wall with one Inhibitor inside.

Can be found after defeating the boss of GRE Anomaly C-A-79, inside the military shed, yielding two Inhibitors.

Just to the south-west of the GRE Anomaly, is the GRE Vaccine Lab which has four Inhibitors.

Inside the Metro: Downtown Court, can be found during the Let's Waltz! Quest. As you follow the train tracks and get to the station, the crate can be found at the bottom of the escalators. There are three Inhibitors inside the crate.

On the top floor of the Downtown Electrical Station after all the wires have been connected you can find two inside a crate.

South of the Downtown Thugs bandit camp, inside a small building with zombies that sits just before the boundary line of New Dawn Park. It holds just one.

Sat on top of a ledge in a little box, overlooking the Downtown Thugs bandit camp is a single Inhibitor.

In the tall building to the north that overlooks the Downtown Thugs bandit camp, there is a safe with an Inhibitor inside. There is a small yellow winch on a nearby building, and you can see a room from it with yellow pillars. Inside that room is the safe. The document with the code inside, is in a room you have to climb up from the Inhibitor. The code is on a table, and is 313.

From the previous Inhibitor, if you cotinue to climb up the building, you can find one inside of Military Airdrop THB-1L0.

Found on the sink after clearing Metro: Newalls Station and turning the power back on. Grants a single Inhibitor.

In the penthouse room of the building which has Nightrunner Trial X on the top is one Inhibitor. Get inside and climb the elevator to the top floor, and the crate will be on the right side.

During the Orders quest, you will be sent to rescue Rowe and his men in a tall building on the west side of New Dawn Park. At the top of the vuilding in the room wiht Rowe himself, the crate can be found on the right side, and has two Inhibitors.

On the very edge of the region inside GRE Anomaly C-A-83. Requires rope swinging to get to it, and the Inhibitors can be accessed after beating the boss.

Inside of Metro: Waterside, once you have turned the power back. One will be positioned next to the bed.

In the GRE Experimental Research building, which is in the southernmost point of The Wharf. There are a total of four in the building.

There is a single Inhibitor, halfway down the skyscraper with North Loop Radio Tower on top, inside a room that can be accessed by a balcony that is facing toward Saint Paul Cathedral.

The first can be found after liberating Metro: King William Bridge from Renegades, and it will spawn near your bed.

The next one is east of the metro station, underneath the bridge in the water.

This one is in GRE Anomaly C-A-22, just above the chemical wasteland to the south of Houndfield. Defeat the boss and collect the Inhibitors from the military shed.

There are four to find in the Center for Stage IV THV Study building, on the east side of Houndfield.

Just a little south of the Nightrunner's Hideout, which is just before the hospital, you can find a military shed with an Inhibitor inside. It's on the outside of a fenced area, and you can enter from the roof.

In the bell tower Nightrunner's Hideout, just north of Cherry Windmill, you can find a safe with one Inhibitor. It's on the ground floor through the gap in the wall pictured above. The combination can be found on a note inside the building, which is 101.

During the main quest Markers of Plague, you will be directed toward a crate of three Inhibitors, so this is unmissable.

You can return to the hospital once you have more stamina to try and climb the building and open Military Airdrop THB-04B. Using the yellow pipes pictured above, climb to the roof and open the airdrop for one Inhibitor.

Outside of the Houndfield Electrical Station you can find another Inhibitor. It is located underneath the bridge in the water, on the side of the station itself.

Can be found after completing GRE Anomaly C-A-55. Defeat the zombie boss, and you can access the shed inside the area for two Inhibitors.

Very top of the skyscraper, to the west of Garrison Electrical Station, inside Military Airdrop THB-UT0. You have to paraglide from the VNC Tower to get to it, and can find one inside.

Inside a Dark Hollow just north of Teak Windmill, next to the Nightrunner's Hideout is a single Inhibitor. It's located behind a wooden barricade in a door frame, and is on the bottom floor.

Underwater, in the lake to the south-west of Teak Windmill, just before the Nightrunner's Hideout is another single Inhibitor. It's located next to the wooden poles that jut out of the water.

Inside a safe in Garrison Electrical Station there is a single Inhibitor which can be found in the C section. The combination is in a box on the floor next ot it, and is an approximation of pi - which is 314.

There's one just outside the entrance to the VNC Tower, inside an old military storage shed that requires the GRE key to enter.

About halfway up the VNC Tower, during the Broadcast mission, you will find a box along the main route with three Inhibitors. It's just before the doors that trigger a cutscene where Frank asks you to glide down from the tower.

At the very top of the VNC Tower, you can drop down a floor into a broken window to find an Inhibitor. Next to the Nightunner's Hideout is an area where the railing is gone and there is a piece of metal you walk out on. Look down to see the window, and drop into it.

Two can be acquired after finishing GRE Anomaly C-A-67, inside the military shed, which can be accessed from its roof.

Once again, finish GRE Anomaly C-A-78 and you can get the Inhibitors from the military shed.

Once you jump off the VNC Tower with Lawan for The Shoe quest, you will end up going towards a large skyscraper that she used to live in. If you aim for the very top, you can get Military Airdrop THB-NW4, with one Inhibitor.

The first three can be found in Saint Paul Cathedral when doing the Cathedral quest to fix a listening device. It's inside the Cathedral proper, up in the rafter areas and can't be claimed if you don't do this mission.

Once you have cleared the Metro: Cathedral from zombies, you will earn a single Inhibitor.

After finishing GRE Anomaly C-A-91 to the north of Saint Paul Cathedral, you can claim two Inhibitors from the military shed.

Four more Inhibitors can be found in the THV-GenMod Development Center which is north of the previous Inhibitor.

Another single Inhibitor can be found on top of Church of Saint Thomas the Apostle, inside of Military Aidrop THB-1N4. You have to climb up to get it, but using the paraglider from the cathedral is an easier way to reach it.

Just south of Metro: King William Bridge, is another small bridge leading to Lower Dam Ayre. Underneath, in the water, is another Inhibitor crate with one one inside.

On top of the building just north of South Loop Radio Tower, is an Inhibitor crate with two inside. It's at the foot of the antenna that connects to the South Loop Radio Tower.

Two more Inhibitors can be claimed after defeting the boss at GRE Anomaly C-A-34.

The THV Advanced care quarantine building houses four, and is located just to the west of South Loop Radio Tower.

On the top of the Church of Saint John of God, you can find Military Aidrop THB-4UL which has a single Inhibitor inside.

To the east of the Chruch of Saint John of God is GRE Anomaly C-A-23, which is along the canal. Defeat the boss to claim the two Inhibitors inside the military shed.

This next one is drectly under the bridge that connects GRE Anomaly C-A-23 to Saint Paul Island, and if you drop down to the canal and turn around, you will see the crate.

If you clear the Heron Renegades bandit camp in the south-east of Lower Dam Ayre, there is a square section in the middle of some buildings. Drop down and you can find the Inhibitor crate amongst the trash.

After clearing Metro: South Loop of Renegades, you can claim another single Inhibitor.

Underneath the building that has the large antenna on top, is a basement full of zombies. Go into the building, and look for the ladder leading downwards which is pictured above. Make your way into the basement, through the infected toward the back, to find a single Inhibitor in a corner.

This next one is located in the water just off the shore of the building where the antenna is located. It's down on the lake floor, next to a broken shelf and a broken wooden shack. It gives you a single Inhibitor.

The next one is more centrally located in the lake. It's between a series of building complexes and sits just next to a statue of a women holding a sword, and gives you a single Inhibitor.

You can find another single Inhibitor near a broken down car on the lake bed, close to a building with some loot on the top.

Carry on into the flooded yard in the centre of a building complex, and you see another crate of Inhibitors next to a tree and some dilapidated fences.

The last Inhibitor you can find in the flooded area is also in a courtyard, tucked into a corner.

The final two Inhibitors in Newfound Lost Lands are found at GRE Anomaly C-A-56, which is located on top of two buildings. Defeat the boss to claim them inside of the military shed.
