While Destiny 2 can be an absolutely stunning game, it seems that the developers have done what they can to make sure the game is available to all. Here are the minimum specifications for Destiny 2.
- Intel Core i3 3250 running at 3.5 GHz or an AMD FX-4350 running at 4.2 GHz
- NVIDIA GeForce GTX 660 with 2GB of RAM or AMD Radeon HD 7850 with 2GB of RAM
- At least 6GB of RAM
- 105GB of storage space
The biggest hurdle for running Destiny 2 on PC seems to really be the sheer amount of storage the game requires. MMOs are big games, and Destiny 2 is no different.

As you can see, even the recommended specifications are quite modest. Destiny 2 launched in 2017 and on a previous generation of consoles, so it was not built to run on the much more powerful machines we have today.
