No matter how much games will try to avoid it, a lot of them will end up falling into a grind.  Whatever kind of currency it be - whether it be Elden Ring's Runes or the loot of Destiny 2 - some players can't help but find game exploits to farm their chance to get the best kit and highest stats.

Ever since its introduction, Pokemon has been exactly the same. Since the introduction of the EXP share as a given, things have gotten easier with players able to avoid the vicious tall-grass-running it took to level up quickly.

There are still tactics that fans are taking up to ensure that their Pokemon are on top of their game. Now, new means of farming EXP has arrived in Scarlet & Violet that seems… pretty harsh.

Where Is The Pokemon Scarlet And Violet EXP Farm?

There's a new EXP farm in town for Pokemon Scarlet & Violet, and it's incredibly easy to use - even if you have to set a tough Pokemon on an adorable colony of animals.

The new tactic has been shared by TikTok user NerdyNineTails, who has offered his tactic on garnering plenty of EXP without raising a finger.

All you have to do to get the farm on the go is head to the pit to the southwest of the Fighting Starfall base, where a collection of Golduck and Dratini are hiding out. Then, unleash a Pokemon on them in an auto-battle.

Then, simply jump out of the pit and watch the carnage. It grows bleaker by the minute as you watch the innocent and peaceful Pokemon fight for their lives while your 'Mon pummels them. But hey, at least you can go and make a sandwich while they do. Easy.

How Does Scarlet And Violet's EXP Share Work?

The EXP Share is a feature that Pokemon has had for years. Rather than be an active item that can be held to distribute EXP between two Pokemon, it has been recently changed to cover entire parties and level everyone up fairly.

Controversially, though, the EXP share actually can't be turned off in Scarlet & Violet, meaning players are restricted from levelling their Pokemon old-school.

It's a frustrating feature that has irritated a lot of gamers - but if you don't mind the EXP share, then you're in luck. Now you know how, just drop your Pokemon into a pit and let them farm it all for you.
