Fan-Made CS:GO Map Allows Players To Destroy Practically All Of Inferno

A new Counter Strike: Global Offensive (CS:GO) concept has gone viral, due to the fact that you can destroy almost everything.

@ZooL uploaded a clip to Twitter, saying: "Someone made a version of @CSGO's Inferno where you can destroy parts of the map. The thing is very ambitious and is something a lot of people wanted to do in the past, myself included The madlad took almost a year to wreck the whole thing, it's amazing". And this is coming from the guy who started the Classic Offensive @csco_dev project!

The people behind the game mode wrote: "In this spin-off of Inferno you can witness all kinds of destruction, from small falling pots to falling towers, what will happen depends entirely on you (and sometimes chickens). The terrorists will have breaching charges at their disposal to break through walls, so keep an eye out! Using fragile barrels and boxes as your cover might not be a great idea.

"So what are you waiting for? Go wreak havoc, and prepare for inferno!"

They added: "The tower has a small chance to fall when the bomb explodes. You can use the command: sv_infinite_ammo 1 to get infinite charges and ammunition. (You can also use mp_ignore_round_win_conditions 1 to make the round never end). In casual mode everyone gets two charges, even CT's... So if you decide to play that mode then prepare for even more havoc."

Supported game modes include: Competitive/Scrimmage (5v5), Wingman (2v2) and Casual, others are planned later.

One person replied to the viral Tweet, saying: "I think it’s a great addition however needs to be appropriate. You can’t have teams blowing up specific items to glitch or get an unfair advantage. All glass should 100% break but barrels flying across a map isn’t ideal or make any sense." Some people are never happy.
