Is Voldemort In Hogwarts Legacy?
In short, no, Voldemort is not in Hogwarts Legacy. Since Hogwarts Legacy is a prequel taking place in the 1890s and Tom Riddle wasn't born until 1926 - the Dark Lord wouldn't have been part of the Wizarding World at this point for 27 to 36 years.
However, that doesn't mean his bloodline isn't. Whilst not including Tom Riddle himself, Hogwarts Legacy does include Ominis Gaunt - one of Voldemort's ancestors through the family side of his mother, Merope Riddle (nee Gaunt).
Like many dark wizards, the Gaunts are an elitist wizarding family of pure blood - descended from Slytherhing founder, Salazar Slytherin. However, Ominis doesn't share the dark magic-loving, muggle-torturing ways of the rest of his family.
In fact, during Hogwarts Legacy, he'll urge the protagonist and your Slytherin friend - Sebastian Sallow - to avoid partaking in dark magic altogether. So, whilst we don't meet Voldemort himself in Hogwarts Legacy, we get to see one of his most peculiar ancestors instead.
