The brand new game from Krafton, The Callisto Protocol, features an absolutely stacked cast of voice actors. The Callisto Protocol is a completely new IP, so it's a surprise that there are some on-screen actors like Josh Duhamel playing roles in this horror game. Inspired by the original Dead Space, there are narrative elements that will hopefully spook us to our core, and The Callisto Protocol cast will likely dial our suspense from one to 11.

So far, there are two The Callisto Protocol cast members we know of before the game's release. We can also confirm none of the Dead Space actors is returning as The Callisto Protocol is set in a completely new universe.

First is Josh Duhamel, who plays Jacob Lee in The Callisto Protocol. He plays the main protagonist who finds themselves in prison after crash landing with some strange cargo yet known. Somehow, he escapes from his jail and learns about what really is going on behind United Jupiter Company.

Duhamel has played Captain Lennox in the Transformers movies, Coach Cole in The Mighty Ducks: Game Changers Disney+ series, and Harvey Dent in the Batman: The Long Halloween animated movies. Hopefully, Duhamel has the range to play this protagonist in a haunting sci-fi environment.

The second person we know stars in The Callisto Protocol is Karen Fukuhara, who plays Dani Nakamura. Not much is known about her character yet, but she appears to be an ally to Jacob as they try to escape this sci-fi horrorscape. She also hates the United Jupiter Company. Fukuhara has played the badass Katana from the Suicide Squad movie and is Kimiko Miyashiro in the Amazon series The Boys.

Possible The Callisto Protocol Cast Members

There are a few other cast members in The Callisto Protocol, who could appear in the final game. A prequel podcast series called Helix Station has appeared on Spotify, Apple Podcasts, and other formats, and it stars some major Hollywood talent. We wouldn't be surprised if they cross over to the main game as it would be strange to just cast these actors for a prequel podcast series. The game does have the backing of PUBG's publisher, however, so maybe it has the money to cast such established actors for a podcast.

The first we'll mention is Gwendoline Christie, who plays Percy. She is a skip tracer for the United Jupiter Company that looks for criminals alongside her partner Kane. Christie is Captain Phasma in the Star Wars sequel trilogy, Commander Lyme in The Hunting Games: Mockingjay, and Brienne of Tarth in Game of Thrones.

Someone else we may see is Michael Ironside, who voices the character Kane in the Helix Station podcast. He is a sci-fi veteran, who has been Jean in Starship Troopers, Richter in Total Recall, and Darryl in Scanners. Ironside also has video game experience as Sam Fisher in Splinter Cell and Ghost Recon: Wildlands.

Lastly, Sam Witwer performs as Captain Leon Ferris in the Helix Station podcast, but his role could be more important than it seems to be. He's the narrator of the State of Play trailer for The Callisto Protocol, according to Game Rant. Witwer seems like a strange casting for such a small role as he has vast experience in the voice acting industry. He plays Darth Maul in the Star Wars: The Clone Wars series and is also Starkiller in Star Wars: The Force Unleashed. Witwer has also played Mr. Hyde in the Once Upon A Time TV series and Deacon St. John in Days Gone.

If these characters don't appear in the full game, perhaps they'll be featured in The Callisto Protocol sequel. We will update the full list once The Callisto Protocol has been released.
