Epic Games brought fire and ice to Rocket League in Season 9, taking a leaf out of George R. R. Martin's books to have two worlds collide in with a string of festivities and fruitful events. But spring is upon us now and a new season is ready to hatch. So, here's all you need to know about Rocket League Season 10.

Is There A Rocket League Season 10 Release Date?

Rocket League will be heading into its tenth season of its free-to-play experience, matching that of the pre-Epic takeover period.

However, Rocket League seasons, unlike that of other games, don't always have the same length and expiry period. Instead, they're a little bit sporadic and are often rolled out to combine with real-life events or its own esports calendar.

So far, Rocket League Season 10 doesn't have an exact release date, but going from their usual three to four-month season life, we can expect the update to come some time in early April.

If we're to hazard a guess, it might come before the Rocket League Championship Series 22-23 Spring Split which is scheduled for April 6.

What To Expect From Rocket League Season 10

New Rocket Pass

As always, the new season will bring a new Rocket Pass, filled to the brim with easy access content and credits.

The 100-tier pass often throws up a brand-new car and many body variants, as well as a range of painted rewards at the higher tiers, perfect for those players who like to add some spice to their garage.

Esports Decals

Likely to be coming ahead of the Spring Split, its safe to assume that the esports shop will also be getting a revamp to commemorate more organisations that are showcasing Rocket League's best talent.

Orgs such as Gen.G, and Quadrant could be in for a treat, given their new or ever-growing status in the RLCS.

2023 Easter Event

There's never an Easter gone by where Rocket League players aren't scrambling to get those precious Golden Eggs.

Rocket League Season 10 will presumably carry on the annual Easter shenanigans in 2023 with an event, where players will get themed customisation prizes and the chance at getting some Black Market items from the drops.

Ranked Rewards

Players who enjoy the Competitive game modes will also get their ranked rewards for Season 9 in the update.

As to the nature of these, Season 8 gifted us player banners, Season 7 was a ranked-themed boost, and Season 6 was decals.

So, decals could be due a return, or something such as goal explosions, trials, or wheels will likely be the Season 9 rewards that are collected in Rocket League Season 10.

There's set to be plenty to unpack in Rocket League Season 10, but make sure to check back for more updates as the season closes in.
