You might want to know what the rarest decals in Rocket League are, as over the years there have been a massive amount added to the game that can be bought or earned through the battle pass. Rocket League lets players customise their vehicles with tonnes of different cosmetics, ranging from skins for the car itself, to items that you can equip on top, like hats or popcorn buckets.

Obviously, not all of these are equally easy to get a hold of, and over time some have established themselves as extremely rare. So, take a look at some of the rarest decals in Rocket League down below.

What's The Rarest Decal In Rocket League?

Grey Mainframe

Firstly, the outright rarest decal in Rocket League currently is the Grey Mainframe skin, which will cost you upwards of 50,000 credits if you plan on purchasing it from someone who owns it. The Grey Mainframe decal was originally added as part of the Zephyr Crate in 2018, before being discontinued for looking too similar to the white version. As part of the select few discontinued items, it's easy to see why this has become such a scarce item with an inflated price.

NRG Esports Legacy

The NRG esports team got their very own decal a while back that was available to purchase from the in-game store. While it wasn't particularly rare at this point, NRG ended up rebranding shortly after, causing Rocket League to remove the skin and spike up the price. If you weren't lucky enough to get it when it was on the store, your only option now is to use the account of someone who did.

Black Market Decals

The rest of the rare Rocket League decals are Black Market items, which have a very low chance of being drawn from cosmetic crates. Skins in this tier are highlight sought after by players, so they go for high prices on the community markets. The current Black Market decals are:

  • Wet Paint
  • Fire God
  • Intrudium
  • Interstellar
  • Hexed
  • Hex Tide
  • Heatwave
  • Glorifier
