Pokemon GO promo codes are free gifts you can receive in-game and while you’d think that the content that Pokemon GO receives would be enough, you can't go wrong with a little extra. But how do you get Pokemon GO promo codes and what actually are they? Every budding trainer will wonder about Pokemon GO promo codes and how to redeem them every now and then, so we've got the answers you seek.

Every so often, a new promo code will appear that offers players some new content, whether it be exclusive clothing or a bundle of PokeBalls, they’re always welcome, and they’re easy to claim when they come in. They’re often hard to find when they do eventually come around though, so here’s our list of the currently functioning Pokemon GO promo codes.

How To Enter Pokemon GO Promo Codes

There are different methods to using codes in Pokemon GO, all depending on what platform you’re using.

If you’re on Android, you can claim your rewards in-app in the game’s shop. All you have to do is tap the PokeBall icon, then select the shop. You’ll be able to see the promo code section at the bottom, and all you need to do to claim your goodies is enter the code there.

If you’re on an iPhone, however, you’ll need to go to the Niantic code redemption website and follow its steps there, signing into the site with the same credentials you’d use to sign into the app. This is also a method that Android users can try, so if you’d rather do it this way, the choice is yours.

There’s been a good deal of promo codes in the past and there’s bound to be more to come - so stay tuned, and we’ll keep you posted on the new codes as they come out!
