Overwatch Anniversary 2021 Event - Skins, Challenges, Release Date
Blizzard Entertainment's team-based 6v6 shooter is five years old in 2021, and Overwatch are bringing the party with new skins, challenges, and more.
To celebrate their anniversary of the game's release on May 24, 2016, Overwatch are offering new skins, emotes, voice lines, and more to those who complete challenges during the event.
The event will also bring with it limited-time modes and additional maps.

The Overwatch Anniversary 2021 event begins on May 18, and will go on for three weeks, ending on June 8.

There are five total Legendary skins to obtain during the event - for Moira, Baptiste, Junkrat, Sombra, and Doomfist.

Epic Skins (three) are up for grabs by completing Weekly Challenges.
Logging in between May 18 and June 8 will earn you a Legendary Anniversary Loot Box, guaranteed to contain at least one legendary item.

Win 6 games in any mode – Spray
Win 9 games in any mode – Epic Skin
Challenges reset every week for the three weeks of the Overwatch Anniversary event, meaning you can unlock three unique icons, sprays, and Epic Skins.

Week 1: Cybermedic Ana
Week 2: Bird of Paradise Echo
Week 3: 8 Ball Wrecking Ball
