To unlock the Indiana Jones Skin, you must complete four of the Indiana Jones Quests. However, to access the Indiana Jones Quests, you first need to purchase the Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 3 Battle Pass.

The Indiana Jones Quests are available right now to all Chapter 3 Season 3 Battle Pass owners. There are no Tier or Seasonal Level requirements you need to hit to access the Challenges. The Indiana Jones Quests expire at the conclusion of Chapter 3 Season 3.
