Back 4 Blood Secrets: How To Find All The Golden Statues
There are a number of Back 4 Blood secrets to find in the Left 4 Dead 2 spiritual successor, but none are more important than the golden statues. Hidden throughout 10 different Back 4 Blood missions, finding and interacting with them all will unlock 10 different trophies/achievements, which is essential if you want to complete everything the game has to offer. The Back 4 Blood secrets can be easy to miss though, so this guide has everything you need to know on where to find them.

Back 4 Blood Secrets: The Devil's Return (Port Man Toe?)
Click to enlargeThe secret for The Devil's Return is very easy to miss as it isn't on your natural play route. After crossing the bridge in The Crossing you're meant to go right to go into the ship. Instead, head left down the stairs to get to the road below.

Click to enlargeThe main part of the Book Worms mission sees the player go into Haven Apartments to rescue survivors that are trapped in them. When you get to the apartments, destroy the door leading to the basement with the conveniently placed gas tanks.
Click to enlargeFrom there head up the set of stairs to the first floor and you will notice two doors in front of you with their doors open. The one closest to you with the larger door frame is an office, head into there and check under the desk to find the next Golden Statue.

Back 4 Blood Secrets: The Dark Before The Dawn (Pallet Cleanser)
Click to enlargeSpecial Delivery is an incredibly short level, which means the secret isn't too hard to find. You will come to the Safe House after a few minutes before being tasked with the final objective. When you're facing the Safe House, look directly to your left to see a shelf with wooden planks on it. Jump on top of this and you will find the Golden Statue for the mission.

Click to enlargeFinding the secret in Hell's Bells can seem very daunting due to the mission being set in a very foggy forest where everything looks the same. The first objective will see your group remove the truck from the road that is blocking your path. After doing this you will head through another underground tunnel section, then after completing this section you will come to another foggy forest area. Once you get through the section where the paths split off into two, you will notice a hill in the centre of the path. Head to the top of it and look in the bushes to find the Golden Statue.

Back 4 Blood Secrets: The Armory (Cooped Up)
Click to enlargeMoving onto Act 2 now, and the first Golden Statue is found in the A Call To Arms mission. Around halfway through the mission, you will have to take down an Ogre after finishing the car park section. Looking out of the car park onto the platform area you will notice it says Robb's Mill on the wall with an arrow pointing right.
Click to enlargeDrop down from the platform and head immediately right until you get to the mill. Keep on following the path around the back of the house that you need to go to for the objective. In the garden you will see some animal huts, the Golden Statue is in one of them.

Click to enlargeWithin a minute or so of starting the mission, you will come to a waterfall that you need to jump down, with a metal bridge in front. Jump down the waterfall and immediately turn around to face it.
Click to enlargeHead inside the water and you will find the Golden Statue on the ground. This one can be quite frustrating as the game doesn't seem to want to let you in the waterfall so it might take a few seconds to get in.

Back 4 Blood Secrets: Job 10:22 (Cryptozoologist)
Click to enlargeThe final Golden Statue of Act 2 is in the Grave Danger mission, which is a fairly difficult mission to do in the game. At the start, you will walk under an arch that reads St. Johns Church. Once you do this continue right under the second arch and then keep to the right by walking alongside the wall.
Click to enlargeAfter traversing across a grassy area you will see a few small buildings in front of you, head into the larger one and the Golden Statue will be on the floor in the left-hand corner.

Click to enlargeTowards the end of the Garden Party mission, you will have to make your way through a maze. Once you get out of it you will come to some steps that you need to go up to get to the Safe House. Rather than doing that, head left into some more bushes and you will find the Golden Statue on top of an ornament.

Back 4 Blood Secrets: Remnants (Extra Credit)
Click to enlargeMaking The Grade is one of the most fun and chaotic missions in Back 4 Blood. The main part of the mission is a huge fight with Ridden and Mutations in the gym of a school. Once the fight is over you can head up the bleachers to get onto the roof of the school.
Click to enlargeAs you head over the roof you will come to some stairs with graffiti on the wall. Once you get here, turn right and there will be a tent against the wall, the Golden Statue is inside it.
Click to enlargeBack 4 Blood Secrets: The Abomination (Mind Your Step)
Click to enlargeThe final Golden Statue is in the last mission of the game, The Abomination, which is an incredibly difficult mission even on the Recruit difficulty. After destroying the two weak spots in the mouth of the creature, it will retreat and try to escape, triggering the five-minute timer to defeat it. When the timer is at 1:50 you will notice a platform in the center which had been blocked by the creature. This has numerous offshoots that lead up the walls. If you head up the first one of the right you will find the Golden Statue buried at the top.
Click to enlargeThis one is certainly the most difficult to find in the game, and even its location is very confusing to figure out, so focus on this more than defeating the creature as you can leave the game once you've found the Golden Statue.
