It’s been a hot minute since we got to see Sam Fisher. The Splinter Cell star became something of a gaming icon, at least in the shooter world, and the stealthy gameplay of his series won over a lot of fans.

The last title in the series Blacklist won over critics and impressed fans, but since its release in 2013, Splinter Cell has been quiet and dormant. The Tom Clancy series of games has stayed busy in the meantime, but many fans are after a return to the series, and more specifically, to its gameplay. Well, as might be lucky news for fans of the series, a leaked Ubisoft game seeks to pair the game’s gameplay with other Tom Clancy titles for a whole new experience.

Ubisoft’s New Game Leaks - BattleCat

A game under the codename BattleCat looks to be in the works, as it has leaked before it’s prepared to reveal. It looks to be a first-person shooter that’ll come to PC and consoles, and it’s said to combine gameplay elements from Splinter Cell, The Division and Ghost Recon: Breakpoint.

The game was revealed by Twitter user DataCluster0, who posted a series of images that revealed details of the game. The post has since been DMCA’d, which for many proves the validity of the claims. The images have since spread across Twitter, and bolstering the user’s watermark, the game has a few interesting looks about it.

In another tweet following up the now-DMCA’d images, the DataCluster suggests that the game has a battle pass system too.

There’s no telling how far along the game is, but chances are as these leaks have come at a similar time, the game could see a reveal at E3. The Ubisoft Forward conference comes on Friday June 11, so chances are we’ll get our first official look at BattleCat then.
