Pokemon Scarlet And Violet Terastral Pokemon are the latest and greatest evolution gimmick in the franchise. These crystal-like Pokemon replace Dynamax/Gigantamax Pokemon that were rife in Pokemon Sword and Shield.

When a Pokemon Terastralizes, its usual typing is changed to a Tera Type. This Tera Type varies from Pokemon to Pokemon and can even be different within the same species. For example, Pikachu's usual type is Electric but its Tera Type may be Flying when it becomes Terastral. This allows for different battling strategies and could even save you when you're up against a strong foe that has a typing advantage over you.

Pokemon Scarlet And Violet Terastral Pokemon only activate their transformations in battle thanks to the Tera Orb. Unlike Mega Stones and other gimmicks, Pokemon Scarlet And Violet Terastral Pokemon require the Tera Orb to be charged.

To charge your Tera Orb, simply heal Pokemon at a Pokemon Centre stop, sleep in a bed or take a break. From there, any Pokemon can be a Pokemon Scarlet And Violet Terastral Pokemon. Terastral Pokemon can appear once on one charge, so make sure to choose the right opportunity.
