Pokemon GO Adventure Week 2022: Tyrunt, Amaura, Bonuses, And More

Pokemon GO Adventure Week is back, and as per usual, it'll focus on Fossil Pokemon. This time, it introduces two new Pokemon, Amaura and Tyrunt, with their evolutions, Aurorus and Tyrantrum, respectively. Pokemon GO Adventure Week 2022: Date and Time

The Pokemon GO Adventure Week event will run from June 7 at 10am local time until June 12 at 8pm local time. 

Pokemon GO Adventure Week 2022: Bonuses

There are two quick and easy bonuses for this event, making them pretty easy to remember. 

• Spinning PokeStops will yield double XP
• Spinning a new PokeStop will yield 5x XP

With that said, it's worth noting that there may be some additional bonuses in effect. If 20 Global Challenges are met by Trainers worldwide during GO Fest 2022 (June 4 and June 5), an Ultra Unlock bonus will activate for Adventure Week.

Four new Pokemon will debut as part of Adventure Week 2022, and there will also be some new shinies! 

These Pokemon will make their debut:

• Tyrunt and Tyrantrum (Rock/Dragon)
• Amaura and Aurorus (Rock/Ice)

These Pokemon will now be available shiny: 

• Tirtouga and Carracosta
• Archen and Archeops

As always, there will be special spawns during the event. Here's who you might see:

• Aron
• Lileep
• Anorith

Finally, Pokemon GO Adventure Week 2022 will have some Field Research tasks that will lead to encounters with certain Pokemon. We don't know yet what the tasks will be, but the Pokemon you may encounter include the following:
