Neon White Gifts: All Mission 9 Apocrypha Gift Locations

As Neon White has progressed, the gifts have become harder and more obscure to find, but luckily we've done all the heavy lifting for you, detailing where to find each gift, and how to actually get to them. Neon White Mission 9 Apocrypha Gifts

Mission 9 Level 1 Gift: Red

This first gift requires quite a lot of careful card management, but we will spell that out for you fully so you don't get lost.

First, you'll want to progress through the level normally until you reach the first Fireball soul card. Once you pick that up, turn around and head back the way you came and use it in conjunction with an Elevate hop to get up to the higher level on the left.

Keep going through the level until you reach the gap with two balloon demons. Make sure to use the Elevate card for this gap not the Godspeed, as we need to have one Fireball and one Godspeed to reach the gift.

Once you've cleared that gap and burst through the two breakable walls, turn the opposite direction to the green demon in front of you and walk round the building until you can see another set of buildings and a crane. Jump down there - not using any discards - and make your way to the section closest to the crane. Then, just use Godspeed then Fireball to reach the gift with enough momentum.

Mission 9 Level 2 Gift: Raz

You'll only need to get your hands on a single Dominion card for this gift, but you'll need to pick up a fair amount of ammo. This is easily done just after you obtain the card, from the demons on the wall that drop ammo replenishments. Once you've hit them, use your rockets to jump back to the beginning and you should see a breakable wall with the gift behind it in the middle of a tall building. Just shoot that and rocket jump your way over there to collect your prize.

Mission 9 Level 3 Gift: Yellow

Two Godspeeds and a singular Elevate card are required to pick up this gift, but it can be quite tricky to manage your card economy.

One easy way to do so is to take the mid-level skip, which is found just after you have to use the two Elevate jumps. After this, all you need to do is head through the breakable wall, dash into the first exploding barrel, but shoot the enemies at the next platform to pick up at least two Godspeed soul cards. Once you've done that, look back in the direction you came and dash over the rooftops until you reach a small fan set that you can stand on. Then, just use the Godspeed dash while on the fans to make your way to the gift.

Mission 9 Level 4 Gift: Violet

As the name of the level suggests, you'll want to plunge yourself down to the bottom water runway to find the gift here. Make sure to save the Purify you pick up along the way, but from there you can just use Stomp to drop past all the enemies right down to the bottom.

Once you're at the base of the level and have collected the Elevate card from the yellow demon, turn around and the gift should be right there. All it takes now is to Purify bomb jump and Elevate hop to the shiny reward.

Mission 9 Level 5 Gift: Mikey

You're going to need to stock up on Fireball ammo this level, so make sure to open all the chests for maximum replenishment. Break through the first destructible wall and immediately jump right for a quick shortcut. Then, take out the two laser demons, and make use of the vending machine to get two more Fireball soul cards.

Dash up to where the higher laser demon was, and continue round until you reach a lower section with two more laser demons. Take them both out by shooting one of the mimic chests, drop down, and then turn to face the direction you came from. You should be able to see the gift now, but it is horribly taunting you behind some impenetrable glass. 

In order to circumvent this glass, there is a breakable floor underneath the building, so just jump off and underneath the gift in order to dash back up into the correct room.

Mission 9 Level 6 Gift: Yellow

Thankfully, this next gift is a piece of cake compared to the last few. For one, it is right at the start of the level, but you also only need to do two Purify bomb jumps to get there. Use a standard jump over to where the laser demon is to your right, then bomb jump up to the roof above. From there, use another bomb jump on top of the fans and you'll land right next to the desired gift.

Mission 9 Level 7 Gift: Raz

You technically only need a Fireball card to get to this gift, but having an extra Elevate can't help either. One thing you'll definitely need to do is use Stomp on the first breakable door by shooting the green demon instead of dashing through, saving a Fireball card for later. Continue through the level until you reach the room in the photo above, then just use either a single Fireball dash, or a Fireball Elevate combo to reach the highest level where the gift resides.

Mission 9 Level 8 Gift: Violet

Two Fireball soul cards is what you'll need, and that involves being careful with your shots. When you're at the section with the first laser demon, take it out with the shotgun, then jump down off the right-hand side. Make sure to open the chest just behind where you landed as there is another essential Fireball card in there. Keep going until just before the breakable wall, and use the traps to open the vent to your right. Shoot the exploding barrel to get rid of the demons, and then hop inside, using your two Fireball dashes to get to the top of the vent and collect the gift.

Mission 9 Level 9 Gift: Red

Go all the way through the level until you get to the bit where you Stomp down onto the double exploding barrel. At the top of that big jump you should be able to see the gift, so head onto the roof closest to it. You will naturally have both a Godspeed and Purify card at this point anyway, but one Purify bomb jump should do the job and clear the gap for you.

Mission 9 Level 10 Gift: Violet

This last Neon White mission 10 gift is fairly simple, but you will need to make your way through most of the level to get to it. Stomp into the exploding barrels after the balloon spiral, heading left and around to find a breakable door. Use your newly picked up Dominion card to blow open this door, and then grapple up to the gift inside.
