In fact, the only two new additions to the top ten list are De'Vondre Campbell and Devin White respectively. They sneak into the very bottom of the list.

Madden NFL 23 Linebacker Ratings: What’s Changed?
Click to enlargeWarner manages to keep the top spot on the Linebacker list, beating out Davis, David, and Wagner. Those latter three have all swapped around the order since NFL 22, though. Instead of David taking the second spot, he’s dropped down to third. Davis has ascended two spots on the list, while Wagner has also dropped down by one spot.
In terms of players that have dropped out of the Madden NFL 23 Linebacker ratings, Dont’a Hightower, Deion Jones, and Myles Jack have all dropped out for this year. So, now you know all of the Madden NFL 23 Linebacker ratings.
