How To Fix Lost Ark Universal Storage Missing
Click to enlargeThe Lost Ark Universal Storage is a special chest shared amongst your character roster where your rewards are stored, allowing you to claim them with a few simple clicks to aid you on your journeys. It can be accessed from the Game Menu, under the Guide tab, or by clicking the Guide icon (compass) at the bottom right of the screen. However, sometimes players will find that the option is missing in both menus, and they might not be sure why it's not there.
Thankfully, it's likely not a bug that's affecting this, as the Universal Storage option only appears after you unlock an achievement and have a reward item that can be claimed. There are many achievements to earn during your travels in Lost Ark, and most of them allow you to claim powerful rewards. Once you have claimed them, the Universal Storage option will disappear until you earn another reward.
