Lost Ark Moake: How To Defeat World Boss Moake In Lost Ark
The Lost Ark Moake world boss is one of the hardest to kill in the entire game, and you should wait until your well into the second tier of the end-game before tracking him down for a fight. Lost Ark has a series of world bosses who roam specific sections of the various regions and continents in the game, offering exclusive rewards and lots of XP. Lost Ark Moake: Where To Find Moake
Click to enlargeTo find Moake, you will need to make your way to the small continent of Papunika, which is just north-east of Yorn, in the bottom left of the world map. In Papunika, you'll need to make your way to the central part of the region, where Moake can be found in the north. We've also marked the location in the map above.
You will also need to accept a quest to take part in killing them, which is called Raid: Moake. This can be found during the week on your Procyon's Compass, which is located below the minimap. Lastly, it's recommended that you wait until equipped item level 1415, which is in the third tier of the end-game before trying to fight Moake.

Lost Ark Moake: How To Beat Moake
Click to enlargeFirstly, you should only fight Lost Ark world bosses with other players due to their immense power and health pool. There's no real hardline strategy you'll need to employ, and as long as other players are pulling their weight with damage, eventually Moake will die. They also have a number of attacks that are worth watching out for across the three phases of the fight, so we'll highlight each ability, its effect, and the way to counter it or avoid damage.

| Flash | Produces a flash that stuns players in an AoE | Head toward the head or tail to avoid |
| Caustic Fumes | Creates fumes in a cone shape from both its tail and mouth | Dodge toward the sides of Moake |
| Ground Slam | Jumps into the air before slamming down on the ground | Once Moake jumps, move backwards from the AoE |
| Body Roll | Curls into a ball and rolls forward, dealing damage to those hit | A straight marker will appear which notes the roll direction, so just dodge to the side of it |
| Tail Whip | Swipes tail horizontally | Dodge back or head toward the tail |
| Breath & Beam | Shoots purple and green energy that veer to the left and right of them | Stay behind Moake |
| Caustic Blast | Moake charges up before emitting a shock wave | Stay out of the red AoE by backing up or getting close |
| Sun Blast | Spots of light appear on the ground before exploding | Stay away from the light shafts |
| Freeze Flowers | Summons four flowers surrounding the area which causes a freezing aura | Destroy the flowers and move sway from Moake to recover from freeze |
| Freeze Beams | Same as Breath & Beam, but the energy freezes you | Stay behind Moake |
| Freeze Blast | Pushes freezing air out of their mouth that pushes back enemies | Back away from the explosion zone, or can also stagger Moake out of it |
| Flame Flowers | Summons four flowers that spit fireballs, and leave lava on the ground | Destroy the flowers and avoid the lava pits afterwards |
| Ball & Beam | Spits out fireballs that cause burning damage | Stay behind Moake |

Click to enlargeDefeating Moake for the first time will earn you a first kill reward, which nets you a chest that is guaranteed to drop three pieces of epic gear, along with filling in the Adventurer's Tome. You will gain some XP, currency, and an assortment of random drops which can be earned anytime you kill Moake. These are:
