Lost Ark Alteisen Location
Click to enlargeAlteisen is an island that can be found over on the east side of the world map, located below the continent of Arthetine. It's located in the middle of some Sandstorm Seas, so you will need the kind of ship so that you don't take too much damage. It can also be found directly northeast of Lost Ark Lush Reed Island, and northwest of one of the Lost Ark Shangra locations.
It's a permanent island, so you can always access it, but it's recommended that you reach item level 302 first. If you intend to get the Island Token, then it's better to wait until item level 1040 due to the boss.
How To Get Lost Ark Alteisen Island Token
Click to enlargeOnce you arrive at the island, getting the Alteisen Island Token requires you to defeat the Sol Grande boss. Sol Grande is a Lost Ark world boss who spawns on a schedule, as they disappear after being defeated. You can check when they spawn up by looking at the Procyon's Compass below the minimap, or the alarm clock in the top-left. You should also make sure you are with enough players when taking on the boss as they are difficult, but you can change the channel in the top-right.
The Island Token isn't a guaranteed drop as it's based on RNG, so you may need to repeat the fight a few times before you get it.
