How To Play Rush In Battlefield 2042
If you are wondering how to play Rush in Battlefield 2042, getting into a match is quite simple. You won't find rush in the regular All-Out Warfare modes, as that still comprises of just Breakthrough and Conquest. However, if you jump over to Portal - the customisable lobbies addition to 2042 - you will find a flurry of Rush options.
If you are just looking to play Rush in Battlefield 2042 settings, that option is available from the main page of Portal. This will allow you to play Rush on all 2042 maps, with all weapons, vehicles, and specialists.
Rush arrived as part of the Battlefield 2042 3.1 update, and will act as a limited time mode. Sadly, this means that Rush will not be available after this week - ending on Wednesday December 15. However, considering the outpour of support for the mode from fans, it wouldn't be a huge surprise if this was extended. Many players are also lobbying for the mode to be added permanently.
How To Play Rush In Battlefield 2042: Modes

How To Play Rush In Battlefield 2042: Rewards
The new Rush modes in Battlefield 2042 also arrive alongside challenges, which were not initially available in the game. However, this week's challenges are Rush-based, and will award players with the Deliverance MCS-880 cosmetic skin. To earn this there are just three challenges available, however, they will likely take you some time to complete. The challenges for Rush in Battlefield 2042 are as follows:
- Objectives Armed, Defused or Destroyed in Rush 3x - 5,000XP
- Teammates Revive 50x - 5,000XP
- Enemies killed using Marksman Rifles or Shotguns 30x - 5,000XP
