How To Make A Dot Crosshair In VALORANT

There are two main ways to get custom crosshairs in VALORANT. You can use a crosshair code, which will let you use the crosshair of someone else, or you can customise the actual settings yourself to make a unique crosshair. There's also nothing stopping you from using a crosshair code as a base and further customising it from there. However, you're here to learn how to get a dot crosshair in VALORANT, which is one of the most effective reticules for winning gunfights. 

There are two main types of dot crosshairs: a square dot, and a round dot. We'll give you crosshair codes for each, along with the individual settings for making them. To use it, go to the Settings menu and select 'Crosshair.' There will be a button that says "Import Profile Code" when you hover over it, and clicking it will allow you to copy the code above into the text field that appears. Then you can hit 'Import' and you will get the crosshair.

Square Dot Crosshair

The code for a cyan square dot crosshair is:

• 0;P;c;5;o;1;d;1;z;4;0b;0;1b;0

To customise the crosshair, go to the Crosshair settings and reset your current one. Then change the following settings:

• Outline - On
• Centre Dot - On
• Show Inner Lines - Off
• Show Outer Lines - Off
• Outline Opacity - 0.5
• Outline Thickness - 1
• Centre Dot Opacity - 1
• Centre Dot Thickness - 3

This will give you a standard dot crosshair with a slightly visible outline, but make sure to hop into practice to test it out, and make any alterations you see fit.

Round Dot Crosshair

The code for a cyan round dot crosshair is:

To customise the crosshair, go to the Crosshair settings and reset your current one. Then change the following settings: 

• Outline - On
• Centre Dot - Off
• Show Inner Lines - On
• Show Outer Lines - Off
• Outline Opacity - 0.5
• Outline Thickness - 1
• Inner Line Opacity - 1
• Inner Line Length - 2
• Inner Line Thickness - 3
• Inner Line Offset - 0
