God Of War Ragnarok Risen Snow And Darkdale Armour: How To Get

If you've pre-ordered God of War Ragnarok, bought the Digital Deluxe Edition, or even snagged one of the Collectors or Jotnar Editions, chances are you've received a code to one if not two sets of exclusive armour: the Risen Snow set and Darkdale set - each with armour and tunic for Kratos and Atreus respectively. However, even though you might have redeemed your code and started playing God of War Ragnarok, you might be confused that neither armour is in your inventory and ready to equip from the get-go. So, let's get into how you get the Risen Snow and Darkdale armour in God of War Ragnarok.

Simply put, both the Risen Snow and Darkdale armour sets won't appear in your God of War Ragnarok inventory until you reach a certain point in the story. After you complete the game's introductory couple of missions and see through its first big boss battle, you'll be taken to Sindri's House in the Realm Between Realms.

Soon after, you'll be allowed to walk around freely. Head over to the forge and you'll find the large chest right next to the shop - normally containing items you might have left behind after battle encounters. Pop it open, and all pieces from the Risen Snow armour and the Darkdale armour sets will be yours! If you've already left Sindri's House to go to the next realm, don't worry, as the same chest is available in shops throughout the rest of the game.
