An Umbrella Academy Collaboration Is Coming To Warzone, Apparently
The Call of Duty franchise is doing its best to steer into the same lane as Fortnite with a string of collaborations that add a little bit of flair to the gameplay.
Following the questionable King Kong vs Godzilla event, where the highlight was tickling Kongs hairy plums for extra XP, Call of Duty revealed a Terminator crossover, bringing a little bit of Asta La Vista, baby into Warzone and Vanguard.
With Terminator's two skins, T800 and T1,000, now out in both Warzone and Vanguard Season 4 reloaded, leaks have now suggested that the next collaboration is getting weird with The Umbrella Academy.
The Umbrella Academy And Warzone Collab Has Been Leaked
With a string of leaks being found for Vanguard Season 5 - the final season of its era and subsequently Warzone's final goodbye too - Call of Duty appears to be combining with The Umbrella Academy.
Popular leaker "Reality" found that two The Umbrella Academy bundles have been found in the game files, both of which feature legendary weapon blueprints and much more.
The leaks reveal that Hazel, a suited and booted time travelling assassin, will be one of the operators that will come to the game, armed with blue and pink tracer rounds that will also cause dismemberment.
Warzone and Netflix Crossovers Continue
The Umbrella Academy is a Netflix original series based on a dysfunctional family of adopted sibling superheroes who must learn their powers and harness their abilities in time to solve their father's mysterious death and the pending Armageddon.
Now leaked to come to Warzone and Vanguard, this isn't the only Netflix crossover of this week. The film and TV dynamos also revealed a collaboration with the Call of Duty franchise by bringing their Anime title Ghost in the Shell: SAC_2045 to CoD: Mobile in Season 7, where a range of skins and a battle royale map treated fans.
The crossover with Netflix's The Umbrella Academy is set for Vanguard Season 5, which will kick off in roughly five weeks' time (early September).
